These are the first and final states of today's print. After the first print I used the ink left on the place to "fill in" the upper dark brown area and add some tones to the foreground figures. Then I "painted in" the background by mixing yellow ochre, burnt sienna, and transparent base to deepen the background and seperate it from the figures.
