this is an oil sketch on paper. these things usually go through one to three iterations....i used a palate knife for the highlights so it might have a long drying time between layers.
this week was spent preparing the files for my first coloring book....
this is the cover and one of the pages. the process is drawing freehand then redrawing in a vector drawing program to clean up the line. It has been an interesting project......also working on the clothing......but I would like to focus on painting.
I will be showing at the Toronto art fair coming up in April, and the Select art fair in NYC in May.....
